Our main office policy will always be to treat our patients with respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of dental care. Our goal is to have every patient leave our office knowing they received the services they need to maintain a healthy mouth.


Please call our office to see if we are currently accepting new patients. If we are and you make an appointment (and we hope you do), please note this appointment time is reserved just for you. If you can’t make this scheduled appointment, you must give us a 24-hour notice (24 hours PRIOR to your appointment time) or a $50 fee may be incurred. What to Bring to your First Appointment

To provide you with prompt dental treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

**New patients: please bring these documents and all completed forms to your first appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.


Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment. Our office staff will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan. If you have any questions about your insurance plan, feel free to call us so we can help you.


Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).
